Sometimes I love it. Sometimes I don’t.

I always have a pair of sneakers by the back door in case I want to rush outside. The shoes come with a pair of fresh socks, which are usually folded neatly on top.

Occasionally my husband washes the socks. Sometimes I love it. Sometimes I don’t. I love it when I forget to put them in the dirty laundry after wearing them. But I most certainly, and definitely, and justifiably (!) don’t love it when I just put out a fresh pair only to find it … GONE! Because now I have to scuttle aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall the way to the bedroom and fetch another one from the dresser!! 🤨

Who is the common denominator?
Who is to blame that sometimes I am pleased and sometimes I am not?

I want to say, my husband. He just doesn’t have the clairvoyance to know when it is a good idea to wash my socks and when it’s best to leave them alone. Nor does he remember to replace the ones he took with a fresh pair. 🙄

Yeah, I really don’t see who else could be the common denominator here … 😉

O my stars , a. Little more walking.. it’s good for you .. but if you roll socks up and put in 1 shoe they are clean.. if 1 sock is in each shoe they have been worn… and tell your husband to simply replace your socks.. Easy Peezy .. hugs lol

Easy to solve a simple activity of “picking up after one another “. A simple announcement stating the pair of socks are off limits.
I would get annoyed if I had to go all the way back to the bedroom dresser to get another fresh pair of socks. (It is a very long ways when your mind had you out the door and on your way)!

It sure is nice most of the time to live alone! I can however say the same thing, sometimes I love it and sometimes (not very often) I don’t.
