A General Membership meeting of the Indian Springs HOA will be on Saturday April 19 at 10am in the Clubhouse and online via Zoom. The meeting agenda is attached along with the minutes of the last meeting in February which needs to be approved. Also attached are the first quarter financial reports. In order to reduce cost and waste I ask that you print your own copies of these reports. See how to print a copy above each file below. Only a limited number will be available at the meeting.
All residents are invited to attend however only paid Members will be counted for quorum purposes and are allowed to vote on HOA matters. Therefore it is important that all Members attend or submit a proxy form. A proxy form is attached. If you are not yet a Member you have until Saturday to pay your dues and become a Member in Good Standing. At the end of the meeting there will be a raffle for Members.
